Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Got up to 19 mins running.
What would I have done differently?
Pretty happy about yesterday.
What is today's personal goals?
Get some running in, even though can't get to the gym.

Sorta, but not really... I wanted to exercise... I walked for 20 mins, but didn't get to the video I wanted to do.

Walked for 20 mins

Made time to exercise!!

Yes!, one tiny piece of fudge just like I planned. and finally rode my bike like planned

Did not eat Twizzlers. Did not buy junk at the store.

Nothing, it was a good day.

Run for 30 min, Don't use potluck tonight as a pig out excuse. Don't use weigh in result as an excuse to "treat" myself.0 -
