stuck

I've been sticking as much as I can to my calorie intake, even raising it slightly from 1200 to 1390 so I loose a pound a week instead of 1 1/2, but i've hit a plateau and can't get below 140 lbs!
I haven't had time to exercise much as I work all day but I'm on my feet most of the day. I don't really know what i'm doing wrong, i haven't lost anything in about 3 weeks :( Any ideas?

    i also don't log my water but i ususally drink enough, but sometimes don't, maybe this is the problem?
