    Great recipe - will try!

Sometimes I wonder what all the hype is about Starbucks... :S

I have a bialetti espresso machine that I use on the stove, heat up some skim milk, foam it with some splenda and then pour in the Espresso. For 60 cals, you just can't beat it! And for more volume, add some hot water :)

Thanks for the ideas! I just started using unsweetend almond milk and am anxious to play around with it in more recipes!

Quick tip - starbucks, costa etc have a secret ingredient - xanthan gum. Add a tiny pinch of this to your concoctions and it will thicken up and give it the consistency of their coffees.

I actually googled this. Thanks so much for the tip! Mine always separate.

Sounds yummy and totally guilt-free! I need to check out that Hungry Girl website PP mentioned too - I keep seeing great ideas that people get from that site!

I've started making my own iced coffee with instant coffee & flavored creamer, so 40-80 cals depending on how much creamer I use-- not quite as low-cal as yours but so much better than Dunkins!

I make my own but I like your recipe very much; will also add in the xanthan gum.

    Thanks!
