Do you need to exercise when you are sick or should you make up for it later?

The only thing to worry about when you're sick is resting so that your body has a chance to recover. It needs all of the energy it has to fight off whatever virus you have. A few days of taking it easy won't make any difference in the long run.0

Exercise when sick? Nope not me!! I can barely get out of bed when I am sick0

Do what you need to in order to get well, you know, lots of rest, drink lots of liquids..etc. You don't need to "make up" for your exercise. When you are well enough, resume exercising. get well soon :flowerforyou:0

Depends.
If I have aches and pains, I rest.
If it's a head cold type sickness, I work out. Not necessarily at 100% effort, but I give it a fair shake.
But no matter what, I don't go to the gym while sick. I take it outside where my germs can't latch onto somebody else!0
