So today I went and spoke to someone about a meal replacement shake...the girl I found was amazing and so full of knowledge with dieting, life style changes, calories, working out ect...

She suggested "celebrity slim" is the most top seller of them
All and went through all ingredients with me...she even stood there whilst I added the meal replacement to mfp app so i could check how many calories it was on my phone as she went though it with me on there also, what's good no have and what's not good to have...and compared how much better this brand was to all others. So I'm
Very confident that these are going to help me, having 2 meal replacements a day and snacks I between.

Is anyone currently using them or previously been on them?

thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope
You guys are enjoying this unreal life style change as much as I am :-)

i started off doing meal replacements for breakfast and lunch with snacks (for 2 weeks)... it was ok at first, but i got tired of it real fast, so now it's like if I'm in the mood for one or don't have time to eat (like this morning I had a shake with an apple) then I'll have one... or have one as a snack before the gym

I find that I digest them really quickly, at least the brand I have (GNC Total Lean) and I'm hungry within 30-45 minutes after...

i do find that it's more filling with milk than with water (I like it with unsweetened almond milk) but you have to be aware of the extra calories

I'll definitely be keeping meal replacement powder for breakfast or lunch (or maybe both for some days), but I find it too challenging and unrealistic to strictly follow the 2 shakes /day +snacks routine for more than 1-2 weeks at a time

    Hello...thankyou for responding :-)

That's exactly what I'm planning to do, having it for breakfast - snack - lunch - snack- and then my normal dinner. I was just Lookkng for something to kick start my weight loss again because the past 2 weeks I have lost nothing.

Do you think it helps with weight loss?

And your right, at least If we don't have time for breakfast at least the shake only takes a second to prepare. And there better than eating nothing on days we are busy.

    Thanks :-)
