Any advice?

Hello! While I am new to posting I've been reading a lot of these threads for quite a while and gathering as much information as I can. I guess I have to give you a mini background story first so you can understand my question!
I am almost twenty, 5"4, currently at 133ish (I've stopped weighing myself) and my highest weight was around 190. After spending almost two years exercising 5 days a week but still eating badly, a year and a half ago I decided to count calories (dropping to 1200), plus exercise. I dropped down to my lowest weight in February 2011, at 127. Since then, I have been eating 1200 calories pretty steadily, but have been plateaued since last March. In the past few months I've done Insanity on and off, yoga, hula hooping, jogging, 30 day shred (but didn't have enough time to do it everyday and am going to restart), as well as exercise classes. I figured maybe I should up my calories so have been trying to eat about 1400-1500 for the last few weeks.
Now, you would think with this caloric amount, exercise about four days a week, and generally clean eating, I would begin to see a bit of a weight loss. However, I feel as though I've gained weight, and while I feel stronger and have better endurance from Insanity, my body still looks flabby (especially stomach and thighs).
Do you have any advice at all how I can break this plateau, or what I could possibly do to get down to my goal weight of around 110-115 (give or take)?
Thank you! I posted in nutrition because this technically has to do with eating/calories!

You must be pretty much in the healthy weight range already, so it isn't going to be easy to drop 20 pounds.
You say you are feeling stronger, so this is a positive change.
Keep eating a decent amount (I wouldn't go any lower than 1500 if you are exercising), keep exercising and give it time.0 -
Agree. You are probably burning at least 300 calories when you exercise so I'd keep your calories near 1500 on workout days, 1200 on days of rest. I don't see strength training listed. If that's the case, I would add that for sure. It makes a huge difference.
I think 110 will be really hard to get to for someone your height, it's a little low. 120 maybe? Baby steps... see how you feel the closer you get and don't get "stuck" on a certain number.0 -
That's the thing that drives me crazy! I am a size 4,6, or 8 in clothes, my weight isn't extremely high, but I feel like I'm that "fatskinny" type of person. I look fine in clothes but being in a bathing suit or tight clothing is torture because I'm so pudgy in those areas I feel like that's so noticable but my progress isn't. Oh well, I guess I just have to keep trying. Thanks for replying!
@dontletmeeatthecookies, I've been trying to get more into strength training, I recently quit my gym membership because of the cost, but I'm looking to start the 30 Day Shred next week, and I also do a weekly class on the exercise ball with weights/bars/bodyweight. Maybe I need to do more?0 -
Weights.... seriously. Toning up your muscles will make a huge difference in your appearance!!!0
