At my biggest I was 190-ish. In Juniors clothing my pants size was a 15 and my shirt size was an XL but those barely fit.

I'm the red head on the right. That was taken in 2006. I just started my weight loss jouney so I'm only a hair under 180 now.

Edit: I dunno how to make the picture work yet so have a link. :)

It will be verrrryyy different for everyone who posts..body types can range greatly.. I am 5'11 and I was a size 6-7 when I was 190 and a L shirt...I'm tall though so it will be very different for shorter gals.

I'm 5'7" and 196lbs and I wear a size 14 jeans/dress, but they're getting big on me and I can almost fit into my old size 12 shorts, and my top is a size large depending on the brand. Some places I can get away with wearing a medium, but usually my boobs make me go up to a large.

I'm 5'5 at 192 and I wear a size 12, at old navy, not sure if that will make a difference to you or not cuz I heard they run a size or two bigger. One of my pants is a little to big on me & the rest are perfect, when I bought them they were tight & the other one perfects, good god the lost of 6 pounds has helped me fit comfortablely into my pants :)

    I'm not 100% sure. At 150 I was a size 7. Probably about a 10 or 12.

    I'm 5'6" and at 195 lbs I wore a 14
    I'm 170-something now and wear a 10. I'm aiming for 160 goal weight, hopefully a size 7-8.

I started at 220 and a size 18 pants and xl top. I'm thinking that I was a size 14 when I got down to 195 and i'm pretty sure I was still buying a XL tops even though I"m sure L would fit.

I am now 155 and wear a size 8 and sometimes 10 with a Med shirt.
  • I'm just shy of 5'7", and when I was 195 I was in a size 14.

Looks like I must have been wearing my clothes way way loose or something. I was deep into Plus sizes at 195. 3x at my top (213lbs) last June, pant size 12-14 now at 147. I'm 5' 5.5".
  • I'm 5'3 weighing in at 195 pounds. I'm in a size 16 regular pants and a LG to XL shirt...excited about not being able to wear Lane Bryant clothing, I still go in to purchase bras, I'm a 38 DDD :( my starting weight was 246 lbs. and I have about 50 more lbs. to lose.

I'm just shy of 5'6'' and when I was 195 I was in a snug 14/loose 16 pants and a snug M/loose L top. All depended on the style. I'm now 179 and the 14's are much looser but I can't fit into 12 pants yet (skirts I can...my dang thighs!) and my tops are much looser in a M now:)

    I'm 5'7" and I'm a 14 & XL when I'm 195. I'm 205-ish right now and 14/16 for jeans.
To get into a 12, I have to be in the 180s.

I'm 5'6 and around 195. I wear a size 16-17 in jeans and an xl-1x top. I don't like my clothes to fit real tight and those sizes right now fit nicely.

I'm 5' 5.5" (close enough to 5'6") and my heaviest weight ever was 197 and my jeans had to be either size 14 or 16. I used to have to wear adult Large shirts (like the kind for guys) because I was to self concious about wearing women's shirts. But I'd assume I'd be XL or maybe even XXL at 197 pounds. I weigh 183 now and my jeans size can be either 12 or 14 and I still have to wear XL women's shirts, but can wear medium adult shirts.

At 201 & 5"5" my 18Ws and 1xs are getting big so at 195 I would be 16W or xl (they fit now but are a bit too tight to wear out of the house)

Currently 5'6" and between 194-196, I wear a 13-15 pants in juniors, and my shirts are XXL, for girl's size shirts - but that's due to being generously endowed, as it were. A males XL shirt fits great too. This is being down from 207 three weeks ago where my sizes were all still the same.
