have periods where you HATE everything about your body? I've lost 9 lbs, LOTS of inches, and this morning, I HATED my body. My boobs look weird to me, my stomach seems to be looking weird... The only part about me that I like is my butt, because I've been trying to hard to "fix" it.
I realized that I do this for about a week a month, then I feel all sexy again. And no it's not PMS lol. Anyone else?

At about 150lbs, i dropped from 170-136lbs, I hated everything about my body.
Now i'm loving it.0 -
I do the same thing. Some days I think I look hot and am proud of myself so far. Other days I feel unattractive and want to give up. My financee really helps me through those times of doubt. He is great at making me feel beautiful.
Cheer up, I just keep reminding myself that I am getting better everyday inside even though I cant see it outside.0 -

Gawd, yes! I can be feeling all sexy and hot one day, and like I am probably pretty decent to look at, then the next I may see myself in the mirror and wanna vomit! My weird wrinkly tummy skin and my thighs and my upper arms are the parts that i focus on if I am hatin on myself.0

I'm so glad I'm not alone. I felt so hot on Tuesday, then today, I looked at myself in the mirror, and grabbed my boobs like WTF?!?! *sigh* Guess I just have to get a good workout in today to feel better0

I get like that too hun. Sometimes I feel great then all of a sudden I hate everything about myself. You are not alone. Xx0

You are DEF not alone! At that time of month sometimes I literally can't see anything good about the way I look and then a week later I'm happy out again! Sometimes I think your mindset just changes and you get some sort of mental block!0

Omg..totally. About a week and a half of each month I feel like a total freak. Feel HUGE, bloated, paranoid I'm gaining an actual 6 lbs of weight rather than water (even though I know it's water). Just totally irrational. I've finally learned to only weigh myself 2 weeks out of the month. I don't touch the scale the other two or the water retention makes me insane.
Feeling perfect atm...:) In about 3 weeks I'll be a total mess again...lol.0 -
Having seen all of the above mentioned parts recently, I can say they do NOT look weird.
