Down to my goal weight ... help me Tone!:)

I am looking to tone my abs, legs and BUTT my butt has gotten smaller and i want to make it a little bigger with muscle if possible (lol) i eat decent and trac my calories as i should and i drink the right amount of water. are there any supplements i could take to help build my muscle tone faster with my work outs. i am playing tennis 2-3 times a week and doing leg lifts and using the ab machine(the thing you hang from your arms/elbows and lift your legs ) any advice? i want wash board abs with out loosing anymore weight :)

    Adapt the Stronglifts 5x5 program into your weekly routine and drop cardio.
    Or just go for brisk walks.

    The SL5x5 program will get you into compound lifts that build the entire body.
    Be sure on the 3 heavy lifting days you spike your calories to 20% above TDEE.
