Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Pretty close...
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
I didn't work out but I did mow the lawn...
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Went to Bertucci's for dinner and had 1-1/2 dinner rolls (not the basket) and 2 slices of an individual pizza (goat cheese, spinach and sun-dried tomato)
What would I have done differently?
Nothing... I needed the day "off"
What is today's personal goals?
I've already been to the gym and burned 700 calories on the Elliptical and did some Nautilus too.

I alway make sure that I enter my weight (201) when I get on the Elliptical. I was on it for 65 minutes...0 -

I know I was under on everything............didn't eat enough food

Did fast food, but got a burrito at El Pollo

Did not pass out at the t/c scene!

Not a lot I could do, work took over personal goals :frown:
What is today's personal goals?
My first day off, recover from yesterday, spend time with DH (our only day together) and
stay out of the pantry!!

Usually takes me 33 minutes to burn 500 on the elliptical fluctuating between 10 and 15 level resistance...whew :yawn:

I reached it and then some!!! I did 520 in 33 minutes not by much but her every little bit helps:happy:

I bought some Best Fiber so I won't have to resort to laxatives when ... well you know:blushing:
I went 20 calories over my min cardio goal
Did 100 extra Leg Extencions (AKA Butt Blaster):ohwell: ouch
I did not snack or over eat:grumble:
What would I have done differently?
Made some Chicken and Broccoli rather then eating that darn cereal:indifferent:

yes, definitely ... a little more snacking than I probably should have before bed but still had plenty of calories left

yes, yes, yes ... 1 hour of step and 45 minutes of walking ... and made great choices for meals

made great choices at Panera and did both step & a walk
What would I have done differently?
eaten a full sandwich at Panera and less snacking before bed

need to fit in 30 minutes of walk or bike, make good choices at buffet tonight0 -

Yes on calories, slightly over on fat & protein

Yes and no: I did workout and paid attention to my fat & protein grams, but still went over slightly on both.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Went to the gym over my lunch hour even though I really didn't want to.
What would I have done differently?
Gone to bed earlier.

Work out today/tonight as I had a lunch meeting so couldn't get to the gym at my normal time :grumble:0 -

No. But since I gave blood on Wednesday, I do not feel guilty about it, and that is an accomplishment.

My first time here so didn't have one. Excited to have a "daily goal" though!

Ate the ice cream without any guilt. :laugh:
What would I have done differently?
Nipped the night-time snacking in the bud (something I never really do, must've been the ice cream's fault, lol)

I got a GREAT workout in (808 cals), even more intensive than I had planned. I say that's a success!0 -
