I've Hit a Plateau

Hi Everyone, first post here! I'm 5'5.5" and started my weight loss journey at 178 lbs, my goal is 126 lbs. I'm currently consistently weighing in at 150.8, been this way for a while now, just fustrated that the scales haven't moved for a while, anyone have any good tips to break through this, i've tried upping water intake, reducing calories, upping exercise... help please! I desperately want to be in the 140's now and start progressing again!

have you tried changing your exercise routine? LIke if you are mostly into running, try doing some harder cardio work outs... or if you do cardio, have you tried adding in strength training?0
