When I was doing insanity I had let it continue run0

I let it run. Shawn says to take a break when you need to and I do.0

I actually keep it going and catch up when I feel up to it. Shaun T's comments actually encourage that, and essentially you just join back in when you recover sufficiently.
Since I started out so out of shape, I actually repeated the first two weeks of the program rather than go all the way through it. I was used to the moves by then, and was able to keep up better.
Despite this being a 90-day program, I've turned it into a hybrid with yoga, running and heavy weights on other days. I seem to do better with breaking it up a bit. Endurance/stamina MUCH improved as well.0 -
Let it run. If you notice in the DVD's the participates also take breaks along the way as well.0

I did insanity 2x last year and currently on round 3 (feel free to add me insanity buddies)
when i do it i let it run, but i only take VERY small breaks. if you are taking longer ones pause it.0 -
I let it run. I catch my breathe and get back to it. When I find myself getting tired, I go a lil slower as well (like walking pushups are killer for me). Trust me the longer you do the videos, the better you will get so just keep trying and break when needed but don't give up. DIG DEEPER!!!!!!!!!!!!
For instance, I am on month 2 now. I had to do the Max Plyo yesterday. I have a cough and feeling a little out of sorts but I pressed play. I felt like I did horrible, I took so many breaks but I got through it and was proud of it.
Good luck! I am a huge Insanity fan.0 -
Let it run and go at you own pace. Im on week 4 feel free to add me I love it!!0

just let the dvd run...take a mental note of which part or parts you had struggles with...then try and improve it the next time...if the break is really long..pause it and come back to it.0
