Need a Plan anyone want to share.

I am a 41 year old mother of 2 small children I work in a office and I need some ideas on a workout or a plan I need all over help I am not just targeting one area I am not huge but I dod not want to get that way either :) Thanks in advance for all your suggestions....

    You are a busy woman! My best advice for you would be to invest in a few workout videos that you can do in the house (just in case you can't get away from the children)! I recommend Ripped in 30 and Yoga Meltdown by Jillian Michaels. These workouts are no longer than 30 minutes each, but provide a good enough workout to tone you ALL OVER, work on cardio and ab strength. You will most definitely see results, but it's not incredibly easy. Ripped in 30 has 4 levels (which is nice!!) so you never get bored! Yoga Meltdown has two, so you can choose which one to do on any given day. Heck, sometimes I even do both in one day. :) Check them out online or on iTunes. I really hope this helps!
