I joined awhile back but started using this on Jan 5th. my goal is 40 or so pounds gone. I am doing fine, 17 so far

are you doing anything special? or just looking after yourself well (eating healthy + exercising?) I think this food log will definitely help me to keep track of what I eat, I eat so much junk without realising :noway:

Welcome, I have been on here awhile but have not stayed focused & need kick this in gear & stay with it. My husband just joined last week & now that we are doing this together I think it will help quite a bit.0
