I've been feeling bloated and I looked it up and it turns out upping protien intake can do that.
Anyone else had this issue?

are you getting a lot of protein from dairy?0

hmm, i have never had this issue...
i go over in my protein almost every single day, which is good to me.
can i ask what kinds of protein you are consuming??0 -
I actuslly only pay attention to the fats in my list. I have gone over often but never really cared. I did notice that MFP says "if every day were like today..." following a high protein day my weight loss won't be as great as when I eat less protein. The funny thing is all my protein rich foods come in the form of a single serving of meat at lunch and one or two servings of meat at dinner, usually fish or seafood. I think it sets protein intake really low though.0

Have you thought it may also be the sodium or carbohydrates in your diet that are making you bloated?0

Ive been eating less carbs. I've also noticed less weight loss with increased protien intake, even if its within the same calorie range.0
