Mocha frozen greek yogurt - 65 calories

I had just bought a big container of fage fat free yogurt, and was looking for some recipes... I made this last night and LOVED it!

If you actually do have an ice cream maker this would probably be easier...

But mix 2 cups of nonfat plain greek yogurt, about 1/3 cup of splenda. tbs vanilla extract, a package of instant coffee, and suger free chocolate flavored coffee syrup.

Stir like crazy, freeze, about every half hr take out and stir like crazy again, until it is completely frozen.

Only 65 calories per half cup!

I had over 3-2-1 cake for a nice little 150 calorie dessert., No it doesn't take EXACTLY like cake and ice cream, but it was still a pretty tasty treat
