HUGE BOWL shirataki noodle soup - Asian flair - 190 Calories
just had a HUGE bowl of homemade shirataki noodle soup for lunch! Quick, easy and SO Delicious. Here is how I made it. 2 pkgs of shirataki noodles (this was for both my husband and I - so half the recipe if just for you. Make sure you rinse thoroughly. Add to kettle with 4 cups chicken broth, however much mushrooms and spinach you like, 1/2 a pkg of extra firm tofu cut in cubes. I added cilantro, garlic, lemongrass and ginger, but you can add whatever you prefer. A HUGE BOWL and soooo yummy and filling, for 190 calories! oops forgot to say I also added a T of coconut oil. If you leave that out.......it would only be 130 calories!! ENJOY!
