I cook this in a slow cooker for 8 hours. But, you can just brown the turkey and cook it in a pot on low for a while.

    • 1 lb of ground turkey (brown in a skillet)
    • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    • 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
    • 15 oz. can black beans
    • 15 oz. can kidney beans
    • 8.75 oz. can corn
    • ~ 1/3 cup chopped onions
    • 2 large green peppers chopped
    • Garlic
I love it. I can eat it all week.

Was exactly our dinner (and lunch today!) last night.

    I used:
ground turkey (brown with garlic and onions)
rotel tomatoes with green chilies- 8 oz
    tomato sauce - 8 oz
    taco seasoning (packet)
    frozen corn
    chicken broth

*optional - top with shredded cheese and tortilla chips pieces

    We had this JUST yesterday!

    Giving 4 GOOD servings...

    500g Turkey Mince
    Half a white/gold Onion diced
    Half a garlic clove grated
    2 Cans of Chopped tomatoes
    1 can of sweetcorn
    1 can of Pinto beans
    1 can Red Kidney beans
One pepper (Any colour you like best) chopped
    One green chilli diced
    one red chilli sliced
    Fresh Corriander diced
    Cayenne chilli powder
    Hot sauce

First wok fry (NO OIL) the turkey mince until almost done then add the diced onion and diced green chilli and grated garlic and cook for a few minutes together. add some cayenne to the mix while cooking too.

Then in a large crockpot/pan add the cans of tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans pepper, sweetcorn and sliced chilli with coriander and cayenne chilli powder to the pot and heat up, then add the ingredients in the wok to the pot and mix in some hot sauce of choice (We used Cholula hot sauce and Cholula Chipotle) and cook until done.

Serve with Rice or Pitta bread or whatever you like

    Enjoy

So Easy, it Feels Like Cheating Chili

1 lb ground turkey, or beef, or vegetarian soy crumbles (I have tried each, and the family loved each one) browned
1 packet McCormick or Lawry's Chili seasoning
1 small can diced ortega chilies
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can Ranch Style Beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste. Add a little chili powder if you like it more spicy.

I've done it in the crock pot, and on the stove top. My family likes it over small elbow macaroni topped with a little sour cream and avocado
