    Thank you everyone! It took a big ol' drink of courage to be able to post these, but I figure we always see the END results. Sometimes it helps to see the progress so we can see that even if we haven't reached our goals, we still look a LOT better!

    Congratulations!

    I have lost 30.1 pounds as of today. I have been at 29 pounds and holding for over a week. I had to go for a check-up with the doctor today, so when I stepped on my scales at home before I went and I had hit 30 pounds, I danced all over the house. My doctor was so pleased. She congratulated me over and over and even hugged me. My blood pressure is great. She took me off of one of the four medicines that I take. I still have a long way to go, at least 50 pounds.

    It sounds like we are about in the same place, so do you want to be friends.
