NO SCALE MARCH!

As some of you may know, I and a bunch of other awesome people are participating in "No-Scale March"

It's pretty easy, or is it?
It's no more than NOT stepping on the scale for the whole month of March. :)

I am happy to announce that today is the 15th of the month of March and that means 50% progress :)
For those that didn't know and would like to participate, it's not too late. Just put away the scale and wait til March.


I am so PROUD of everyone that's been able to put up with this challenge and took the decision to put the scale madness aside and just work their butts off knowing that the numbers DO NOT measure everything nor does it justify how healthy or good one feels.

Feel free to add me up, as I like to see those who are doing this challenge :)

    My scale is out of batteries, so it looks like I'm participating! Woo Hoo!
  • so far, so good! i am exercising everyday & keeping my calories down! I am super excited to see what changes will come around for next month! :D

  • Well I don't even have a scale! so looks like I'm participating :)
    Not that it matters very much as I know that as (if) I exercise I'll be putting on muscle weight.
    But hey, it makes me not feel bad about not checking in.
