How sure are you on that calorie burn? 1232 is a lot of calories and would take most people at least and hour and a half of very hard work to get there.0 -

Sorry to say (and well done for doing lots of excercise) but you really need to eat your 1200 plus cals from most of your workout so that you come out around 1200 net at the end of the day... just make healthy food choices0

Your net is supposed to be 1240. You are leaving your body literally no fuel to run on.
