My spring break began last week and I also happened to get strep at the same time.. *sigh* I've been doing awesome with making myself a workout/meal routine and I've been losing weight at steady pace. ANYWAYS. this pat week completely threw me off. I didn't exercise and only ate complete crap all week while I was at my parents. Now my spring break is basically over and I feel completely lost and almost like I'm "starting over." Help anyone?!

Thats exactly what you are doing, starting over from this point....Life has a tendancy to jump in when we aren't ready. You will do fine..0

I have a bad habit of falling off track after a while. I always feel that "lost" feeling at first, but after I make it through the first few days, it starts to come back as second nature.
Just dive back in, full force, like you never left. Give yourself a full week back on before weighing in. And cut yourself some slack. You were sick, your health is number. Isn't that why we're doing this after all?0 -
Girl you CAN DO IT!!! Even if you fell off track, move on and get back on track. So start eating right and working out again, and you will get there in no time!!! You can do it girl!!!0

I totally agree with Heather. That's why this site is so helpful. It forgives you when you fall off track, and give you the motivation to dive back it. Pick up a glass of water right now, down it, and consider yourself back in the game!!0

It is not a problem. Today is a NEW day! You simply forget about the past, forget about 'blowing it', forget EVERYTHING that happened up to this instant and start again just as though you never missed a step, never had an 'oops' moment, never did something you knew not to do (but did anyway).
It's a new day! A NEW DAY!!! And YOU can make THIS DAY anything that you want!
So just dust yourself off and keep on going. You're going to make it and you're going to do GREAT!0
