looking for support

hi, i am a single mum with kids aged 16, 15 and 10. I had lost 6 stone but unfortunately have put one of those back on again :(. Im feeling fairly motivated at the moment but am looking for some support. I go spinning at least 3 times a week, and walk for 45 minutes at least 4 times a week. If you think that we may have something in common and that we may be able to help each other out with a bit of motivation then please add me as a friend. Many thanks to all who respond x x

    Hello and welcome to MFP! I hope you will enjoy the site as much as I do. I have 2 children 11, and 8. Work fulltime, go to school fulltime, and have a husband.. . Busy with lots of running.

    I'm looking to get back in shape so I can enjoy a nice long life.

    Hi! I am also looking for support on here and motivation. I have 2 boys the oldest is 17 and the youngest is 10. I like spinning and recently purchased jillian michaels body revolution. Its a great work out. I also walk every day. If yall would like to add me as a friend please do. ive been a member of here for a month, but just recently started visiting this site more frequently. I find it helpful and resourceful.

    Welcome aboard! 30 year old male, married with a 3 year old son. It's a great site for information, support, etc. I highly recommend it. Looks like you are off to a pretty good start!

    Hi! I'm new also I have 2 sons 1 yr old and 5 yrs old I also work full time. I now finally have time to lose the baby weight I gained while preggo now that my son is somewhat independent. I go walking two times a week when I get off early from work but have to do a lot of in home workouts since I really don't have anyone that can watch the boys. I do on demand work outs on comcast but am looking for some tips on workout videos to buy that will also help. I can use all the support I can get since I'm basically working out by myself.
