I ordered it this week, and it should be here Monday. I'd like to hear some feedback about it as well.
  • I did it in January and am about to start doing it again. I lost 13 inches.
  • I haven't been super dedicated with it but I have still seen results. It kicks your trash, so be prepared! But for 20 minutes and the burn you get the next day, you just can't beat it.
  • Its a great dvd. I think most people lose inches more than pounds but you should get good results if youre faithful.

I'm on Day 6. It's been fun. So hopefully it'll be ok. I've seen a lot of results from people, which is cool.

Lot of people do have good results. It can be hard to some with injuries. Depends on how young your body is. You can do research by typing "30 day shred" in the SEARCH box under the tab "Community." That should pull up all kinds community board discussions.
  • Thank you for all of your responses!!!! I am so excited to start now! Ill let those of you waiting to start how day 1 goes
  • I just did day 1 of level of the 30 day shred but how do I log it under my exercise???

I started level one on Monday and I love it. I can already tell a difference in my endurance during the cardio portions and how many reps of the strength exercises I can do. It's only 20 minutes long and it moves right along and you're done before you know it.

I've been doing it in the evening after my daughter goes to bed at 8:30. You will surely need a shower when you are done though :)
  • How do you log the calories burned from it under your exercise...How do you know how many calories to logged...

You can log it as 20 minutes of "circuit training". I did it in 45 days or so and it kicked my butt! I lost probably an inch on my waist and a few pounds.

Needless to say Level 2 is infinitely harder than Level 1 so don't quit!!! Sure, you'll hurt after the first couple of times but it's worth it once you get into Level 2 and 3.

I LOVE it. Started it March 1st determined to do it every day this month. First few days will kick your legs in the butt, you will be sore. But then you will bust through it and start to feel even stronger. A total body workout! I log it as 30 minutes circuit training.
  • You all are so encouraging! Glad I came online instead of just the mobile app. Looking forward to seeing all of your results
  • Good program, you might like Jillian's Body Revolution series as well...wish you all the best!

I've finished Ripped in 30 and am now on level one of 30 Day Shred. I've lost over 16 inches! I log it as circuit training.

I ordered Ripped In 30 after 3 DAYS of doing 30 DS..that's how much of a difference I felt! And I've run 5ks, 10ks and a half marathon and it still wore me out! Trust me it works.

Btw, be sure and take BEFORE and AFTER pics (front, side, back) so you can compare the two later....you'll definitely see a difference.

I have a race in D.C. this weekend but as soon as it's over I'm back to Ripped In 30...

I completed 30 Day Shred in February. I lost 6 pounds and 8 inches (chest-2, waist-3, hips-3). Went from a tight size 12 to a comfortable size 10. I'm now doing Ripped in 30, and I'm seeing similiar results. Already in a size 8!
  • I did the 30 day shred (for about 12 weeks) pretty heavily about a year ago. I had great results and actually had muscle tone, which was new for me. I was amazed to see how much stronger i got each day. It is certainly a journey, but if you stick with it, it gets easier each time. Jillian is tough!
  • Just got it. Going to start it Tmro. Hoping for results!

I did it recently (I finished about 2ish weeks ago) I had good results but more in measurements rather than weight loss (I lost 2.8kg or 5.9lbs). I've started Ripped in 30 but have only done 2 days so far so I don't know if the results will continue (I'm hoping they do!!) Here is a copy of my before and after photos: Finished-1.jpg
  • You look AWESOME!!!!
  • Procratinated a little on the start, but i did level one of the 30 shred and it kicked my butt!!!! hope its going well for those who were going to start, too!!

How do you log the calories burned from it under your exercise...How do you know how many calories to logged...

Your best bet to determine how many calories you burn is to buy a heart monitor that also tracks how many calories you burn as you exercise. That is what I have. You can pick them up anywhere or online....but that is the best way to mark how many calories you burn during a workout.

I'm waiting for my DVD to come in the mail as well.

JUST DO IT! It's a great workout. I started March 1 (lost 5 1/2 inches at my halfway point). As other people have said, it's intense, but it's only 20 minutes long. I work out in the evening after work as well and it's perfect! Be prepared to be sore the first few days, but it goes away. Any questions, feel free to friend me (this is to anyone). After this, I'm going to do her Ripped in 30. I actually look forward to working out!
