Remember to ALWAYS check into your MFP account. It should always be on ur mind any time u eat and any time u exercise. Try to update your account as soon as u can after eating/working out.
****I recommend downloading the FREE app for smart phones. That's what got me addicted in the first place. It's easy to use and everywhere u go. The app even has an awesome barcode scanner so you can quickly add any product u consume.
