Been adding to this thing a few days... really puts things into perspective what I should really be watching. I've decided that for now, one bad day over my calorie count a week is acceptable. That was today. Went 600 calories over. Could be worse, I guess! It could be Thanksgiving every day! Kudos to myself, and everyone else on here for making valid attempts at bettering our health!     Eating healthfully is something that you work on. It doesn't change overnight. I think MFP is a good program for helping keep your eating in check. If you slip up, just get back up and work on it again. You can do it man. I went from 300 lbs to 220, if I can do it than anyone can do it.
