Hi to all from Italy

I'm using this program from two days, I still have to completely understand how it works but it sems great!
I'm 96 kg and I want to go down to 80 kg (until 2008 I was that weight), I'm vegetarian. I'm searching for some friends for help, I want to understand how to do and I search some more motivations! I am a professional brewer and I drink a lot of beer, this is the cause of my weight, I can't stop drinking beer (my job requires tastings) but I can decrease the total consumption, I'll work on the rest of the food I eat.
