    Thank you! I started Ripped in 30 this week and hope for similar results w/ it. It is harder than 30DS so I'm guessing I will get even more toned.

    Great results. I am on day 5 of level 1. I am getting alittle bored with the same routine, but after seeing other peoples results, I am definately going to stick with it

    Great job! Did you do anything else with it to get those results. I am on level 2 but haven't seen that much in terms of results.

    At first I was doing the elliptical a few times a week too but that didn't last long. I also started to get bored with it so I would sometimes switch in a differed DVD (SLIM in 6) once a week, also I took 1-2 days off a week. I started noticing a difference during the end of level 2. Also, the measuring tape is my friend :happy: had I just looked at the scale I would've been very discouraged.
