Does anyone know what category under exercise that Zumba is related? Im guessing either Aerobics or dancing because its pretty close to both.

    Girls at work put down dancing, but you will have to add more minutes than what you actually do because Zumba burns quite a bit of calories.

    Thanks :) I also found a website that can help calculate the number of calories that were burned in a particular session :) hope it helps anyone with the question i had.
