I keep on going over my sugar limit and I don't know how to eliminate. I do eat fruit at least one piece a day. I drink about 3 non fat lattes a week. I don't eat candy or pastry everyday, sometimes only on the weekend. Is the sugar bad from the milk and fruit?

If you have a medical reason for thinking you should limit your sugar intake, then it's something I'd look out for. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it if you're under your calorie goal.0

Im about double my sugar "limit", and have been since i started. Ive never felt stronger, fitter, healthier, as as my ticker shows its hasnt affected my weight loss, other than making it more enjoyable!0
