Just found this thread but I like it, and this is already my unofficial running goal for the month, so here goes, let me get caught up:
Runs:
3/2 - 8 miles on treadmill (1 hr 5 min)
3/3 - 1 mile treadmill gym warmup (7:22)
3/4 - 11 miles outside (1 hour 42 min)
3/5 - 6.2 miles outside (54 min)
3/8 - 1.26 miles outside eaaaasssyyy (17 min)
3/8 - 7.8 miles outside (1 hour 9 min)
Total as of 3/10 - 35.26 miles
Planning a 12 mile run tomorrow morning so I'm gonna be really close to the half way point!0 -

To date total: 29.1 miles walking (211.37 since Jan. 1st, Goal 1,000 by Dec. 31)0 -
Friday 3/9: 1.28 miles walking to/from work.
Saturday 3/10:
Elliptical: 2.92 miles
Stairmaster: 0.93 miles
stationary bike: 2.7 miles
Sunday 3/11: Walking the dog (twice) 3.42 miles total.
Monthly total: 46.63 miles0 -
