    I find that music, anything upbeat makes me feel more motivated and sometimes it is just fun to crank the tunes in the kitchen and "shake it" a little bit while cooking, doing dishes or just cleaning anywhere in the house!

    Some of my favorite cardio tunes are nickelback, & shinedown. I was actually looking for some new tunes to use yeaterday because i have had these same ones for a year now. What do you use?

    If I'm working out I tend to want fast music that keeps going! I'm a big fan of hip hop and pop because the beats are fast. Here are some that are on my "jillian michaels" playlist. :smile:
