I was just wondering if anyone in the community uses chromium picolinate, and if you see any benefits that you can share about using it.. It is very cheap and I have tried it before but I would like the positives and negatives if there are any. Any information would be great. Thanks in advance for posts

Got a free 30 day supply a few months back with one of my big orders. Didn't notice anything good or bad.

as a supplement its useless, unless you have a rare chromium deficiency, but its VERY rare and you would know it if you did, Small quantities of chromium are needed for glucose utilization by insulin in normal health, picolinate is the worst form to take if you do take it because chromium picolinate is more likely to cause DNA damage and mutation than other forms of trivalent chromium. but yea thats just what i think about it, i have taken it and noticed no difference before during or after.
