Does anyone have any suggestions of good songs to work out to... Good upbeat songs??

Replies

  • It kinda depends what kind of music you listen to but, I listen to Jonas Brothers, I know they're kinda for young girls but their songs are mostly upbeat. I also listen to TobyMac and Group1Crew. They have tons of upbeat songs. Just makes me want to dance. Good Luck!!!!!

I listen to a lot of hip hop and my fave is still 'shake that a@#!'. I don't know if that is your type of music or not but it sure gets me moving ;)

Google "songs for spin class" and you'll get fast songs with strong beats. I love spin songs, so I tend to listen to those when I workout.
