What did you eat for
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner?

Breakfast: slice of whole wheat toast with cheese, 1 cup watermelon
Lunch: Couscous with Mixed Beans
Dinner: Garlic Zucchini Spaghetti with Chicken

    yeah - I'm not a zucchini fan and this is something new I'm trying... I'm hoping I can pass it off on my 3 year old daughter who will not touch a vegetable:ohwell:

    Breakfast- old fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon & splenda - Lunch- egg salad -1 tomato sliced with balsamic breeze spay- 1 apple fruit and grain bar - Dinner- 4 oz chicken breast- green beans and baked red potato. Cindy :heart:

    Breakfast - satsuma and melon

    Lunch - roll and ham salad

    Dinner - roast beef salad with potato

    Breakfast - blueberries, plain Greek yogurt, pecans, 1 tsp honey

    Lunch - Mixed greens salad w/browned almonds, cold shrimp, 1/2 avocado, Fukame seaweed, 3 tbsp coconut milk, lime juice, and Sriricha hot sauce.

    Dinner - Pork tenderloin with Chinese five spice served over baked parsnips.

    Snacks - smoked salmon - PM, protein shake (post-workout) - AM
