    Well, I'll be having a spinach, feta cheese, almond, and green apple salad, with balsamic fig dressing...yum! Lunch is light today since I had waffles for breakfast (delish!) and will be having a bigger dinner :)

    I don't eat meat, but that sounds really good. I think I might have to try that with some fake chicken sometime :laugh:

    dietary cholesterol, especially from eggs, is not problematic unless you have a history of cardiovasular disease in your family.1-2 eggs will put most people over for the day which is nothing to be alarmed or deterred by. eat up!
