all of that sounds awesome. Can't do steak or cheese (vegetarian) and can't eat peanuts (it'll kill my wife if I kiss her within 24 hours of eating a nut...that's how allergic she is).

I guess that just leaves you with chocolate... all of it... Enjoy!

Pizza. Then chocolate ice cream. With a micro-brew. Easy, peasy.

I'm kind of in the same boat. Running makes me hungry right after, but not hungry enough to eat enough for the rest of the night. I've been really thirsty today and the water is filling me up. The day after I'm usually starving though and eat a 100 or so more calories that day then is my goal.

I was 600 short last night... I only felt I needed to make up 100-200, because I'm only at 1 lb/week, so I have some wiggle room. Anyway, I had a piece of toast with a pat of butter. Incredibly satisfying!

You can also have a heavier than normal breakfast in the morning.

I wouldn't worry about the 440 calories... Unless it puts you in the "danger" zone. If it does, grab a hand full of crackers and that'll cover an easy 200 and will cover you till breakfast. Don't wanna wake up hungry!

I needed something thick to keep me running and I needed protein...lots of protein. SOOOOOOO....

2 Tbsp of sunflower based 'peanut' butter
1 scoop of blue bonnet chocolate whey protein isolate
1.5 cups of organic plain soy milk
    3 ice cubes
and a drizzle (less than a tsp) of chocolate syrup.

    It was amazing.
