I usually wear a xl to l scrub top for my job as a animal technician. i needed a extra in case i get something not nice on my top, so there were extra tops lying on a table. i grabbed a medium and went to the bathroom to try it on( thinking it would not fit) and low and behold it did! i can ware a medium scrub top and still be comfy.
