Success - Before and After at 45 days into walking program

These two cuties went from sedentary to walking 3-5 miles a day for the past 45 days. What do you think?

    Adorable fit little doggies! Don't feel bad about not knowing quite how to manage the photos, I've tried a bunch of times and still can't figure it out!

    Aww they look so gorgeous! They're such an inspiration. After this I was gonna go binge on beanie weenies, but after seeing those babes I'm gonna go run six miles instead! Keep it up! WTG!

    Are they Maltese? We have what we think is a Maltese mix but we had to help her gain weight because we rescued her off the streets. She was way under weight and now after about four months has just reached a normal size.

    Yes, both pure maltese. Foxie is 6 and Dunkin is 11.

    Ok I have a Bichon that can loose a few pounds herself, she's in worse shape than me Haha. May have to give her a try around the block.:tongue:

    Love to see dogs getting healthy along with their 'mom'. They are such cuties! I have two greyhounds who are skinny enough already. One won't eat if there's storms, someone different comes to the house, it's raining, there's air in the room....I hope he doesn't disappear from walking with me!

    That is so awesome. I've always known that if my dog was fat I wasn't getting enough exercise...
