2. toast - gotta be my homemade cinnamon raisin bread, prepared as french toast (egg substitute, light vanilla soymilk, cinnamon, vanilla extract as the soak) with light cream cheese and fresh strawberries
3. ice cream sundae - banana, currently (ironically as I HATE Caramel) Chapman's Caramel pecan frozen yogurt, light cool whip and a couple sprinkles just for colour
4. frozen yogurt - either Chapman's Caramel Pecan, or the sobey's brand (Our Compliments) fudge brownie... *drool*
5. popcorn (flavor) - HATE POPCORN. HATE. HATE. HATE. I'd have it all burned. And thrown out. And burned again, just to make the point...

Gosh, just when I am looking at your list I realise that I eat hardly any of that stuff. I have a large number of food intolerances and am not able to eat wheat, dairy, caffeine, eggs, yeast, soy or alcohol as I take very bad reactions to them all. I am also sensitive to sugar, sweetener and additives so have very little processed foods. Means that most of the list of foods suggested have featured nowhere in my food intake for almost a decade. However, let's see how far I get
1. oatmeal - As a Scot, I'd call it porridge and make it with water and a touch of salt
2. toast - wheat and yeast intolerant so eat unleven rye bread
3. ice cream sundae - dairy intolerant so ice cream is out - I can have a fruit sorbet if it doesn't contain egg or high sugar content
4. frozen yogurt - see number 3 above
5. popcorn (flavor) - no - I don't like the way the husks stick in my teeth and can't have butter or sugar coatings anyway
6. chocolate candy - caffeine and dairy intolerances get me with both ways - I tend to have nuts and raisins instead of 'candy'
7. fruity candy - I avoid processed sugar - so nuts and raisins, figs, dried fruit seeds are my 'candy'
8. muffin - I make wheat free, dairy and egg free muffins from oatmeal and bananas which are nice
9. ice cream (flavor) - see number 3 (again)
10. breakfast "bread" i.e. pancakes, waffles, crepes, french toast (flavor and toppings) - Wheat intolerance - and eggs mean this is a nope.

12. baked potato (toppings) - Baked potatoes have a high starch level so don't have them very often. Tuna without mayo maybe? most toppings are dairy or egg related
13. trail mix (what's in it) - what is trail mix? Nuts and seeds? I do eat nuts and seeds.
14. cold breakfast cereal? I have millet flakes or spelt flakes with rice milk. I also make my own muesli
15. chips - do you mean crisps? Homemade Kale 'crisps' are good if made in the oven. I also will have a poppadum made with gram flour. I occasionally have vegetable crisps.

17. vegetable - Ah! finally something I eat a lot of - take your pick. I eat about 8 portions a day
18. fruit - also love fruit and have about 3-4 portions a day
19. fatty savory food?* I think the 'fattiest' food I eat is peppered mackerel, or tahini sauce with a tuna steak, which I love
20. fatty sweet food?* I love medjool dates but as they are very sweet I tend to only eat one after dinner, with two walnut halves.
Didn't do so well did I? In the past I used to eat this kind of stuff but it led to me being quite ill. Since I changed my diet about 8 years ago I have been really healthy and pretty much maintained my weight. So what do I have instead?
In my 'indulgent treat' cupboard at the moment are:
Mixed nuts and raisins
Compressed figs covered in coconut
Dried apricots
Nakd bars (compressed raw nuts and dates)
Medjool dates

I'm definitely going to put way too much thought into this.
1. Oatmeal
I mix half a cup of plain Quaker rolled oats with water and cook it until it's thick. I then add a quarter of a cup of vanilla almond milk, a splash of vanilla extract, and a few sprinklings of cinnamon. If I'm feeling really indulgent, I'll add chopped apples and walnuts.
2. Toast
Man, there are so many delicious ways to make toast! I like topping whole wheat bread with almond butter and a sliced banana, or leftover homemade French bread with marmalade.
3. Ice cream sundae
You know, I've never really been a fan of ice cream, but I could eat sorbet and frozen yogurt all day. My favorite fro-yo flavors are plain and lemon, and as for sorbet, it's a tie between raspberry, mango, and blackberry. Add fresh berries and voila, it's perfect.
4. Frozen yogurt
See above!
5. Popcorn
I like it plain, actually, although Newman's Own light-butter flavor is good too.
6. Chocolate candy
I'm a dark-chocolate kind of person. My current bar is 72% dark with cranberries and almonds... it's almost a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still delicious. One square a day, every day!
Although... now that I think about it... I had marzipan coated in dark chocolate once, and that was basically perfect. And come Halloween, I used to fight my sister for Bounty bars (I'm a coconut lover).
7. Fruity candy
I can't think of any that I like, actually.
8. Muffin
Homemade bran muffins. Filling, yummy, and 172 calories apiece.
9. Ice cream
Again, not really a fan of ice cream, but for one exception: coffee-flavored ice cream (I haven't yet found coffee-flavored frozen yogurt).
10. Breakfast "bread"
I normally don't eat bread-y things for breakfast, but I do appreciate a good croissant every once in a while.
11. Eggs
Hard-boiled, soft-boiled, scrambled, in a sandwich... I like them however they're made.
12. Baked potato
I don't like baked potatoes, but I do like baked yams, and I eat them without any toppings at all.
13. Trail mix
My perfect trail mix? Almonds, walnuts, cashews, craisins, dried mango, dried apricots, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and maybe a few nuggets of dark chocolate. Not thinking about calories... not thinking about calories.
14. Cold breakfast cereal
Hmm... I'm not a cereal person, to be honest. If I had to choose, I'd probably say Cheerios. I do, however, like adding a quarter cup of granola (and some fresh fruit) to a bowl of yogurt in the morning.
15. Chips
Don't like them. Actually, scratch that. I've had some pretty darn good veggie chips before.
16. Dip/spread
Salsa, hummus, guacamole, and almond butter.
17. Vegetable
I have to pick just one?! I don't think I've found one yet that I DON'T like. Squash, kale, avocado, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes (technically a fruit, I know), broccoli, green beans, peas, yams, pumpkin, celery, spinach...
18. Fruit
Sigh... Apples, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, ALL the berries, plums, apricots, mangos, grapefruit, oranges, pomegranates, peaches, figs, pears...
19. "Unhealthy" savory food?
I can't really think of anything... If I could have any dinner in the world at all, I'd pick wild salmon in a butter-lemon sauce with capers and brown rice and broccoli. Not exactly forbidden in the dieting world!

Ah, now I can think of a few examples. My mother makes amazing date bars and pear pies and strawberry-rhubarb crisps. Those are hard to resist.0 -

Take a cup of yoplait light yogurt, put it in a baggie, cut off a corner and squeeze it into little dots on a cookie sheet. Freeze for about an hour. AWESOME treat!

French toast, 2 pieces of 45 calorie bread, 2 egg whites, a splash of milk, and cinnamon!

1 whole, 1 or 2 whites, splash of milk, scrambled and topped with ketchup
12. baked potato (toppings)
light sour cream and turkey bacon bits
13. trail mix (what's in it)
honey nut chex, pretzels, goldfish, M&M's
14. cold breakfast cereal?
Cheerios-- Cinnamon, Dulce de Leche, or Chocolate with 1/4 cup milk

Do goldfish count as chips? Or pretzels?

Red pepper hummus. Or tuna dip.. Made with cream cheese, mayo, tuna, milk, and worcestershire sauce

Oh so many favorites!! Corn, peas, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, peppers...

Again so many favorites... Apples, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, grapes...

Hmmm... I'm not sure... Maybe chinese.

2. toast ~ all-fruit spread and hot & spicy soysage makes a great brekkie sammy

13. trail mix (what's in it) ~oats, flax seed, honey, pecan, cranberries, soy nuts
14. cold breakfast cereal? ~ Cheerios is my all time favorite but Total and bran flakes fall in my bowl regulaly too.Cocoa pebbles late at night, my secret sin. I jones for 1/2 & 1/2 over Cocoa Pebbles.......

17. vegetable~ grilled asparagus on a salad or scrambled in eggs!
18. fruit ~ grilled cantaloupe, pineapple, peaches, pears. Banana bread. Homemade fruit ice cream, 1/2 cantaloupe filled with vanilla frozen yogurt, on and on I could go with fruit
19. fatty savory food?*~ cheesey Hatch red chile enchiladas loaded with onion, skip the rice but gimme them beans
