hi all im starting jillian michaels 30 day shred again , and this time i am going to stick to it to see the results i want to get out of it i am starting from level 1 so if there are any others out there that would like to do this 30 day challenge lets do this together

I want to start this, but do you need a lot of room? I mean, I have only a small room and no joint living room (hahaha, poor student is me
), so is one by two meters enough? If so, count me in!

loool it should be your not rely moving around the room , aslong as you can do sit ups , jumping jacks and squats within that space you should be fine0
