I have started brazil butt lift a couple of times, but have never done the entire 4 weeks, but with summer right around the corner i really want to make sure my rear is in better condition Anyone interested in doing it with me and help keep each other motivated?

Sorry my computer is on the fritz so i have been relying on my smartphone. Yes i still want to do it!! Should we start a group or wouls it be easier to post on this thread? We can do daily check ins and support each other through it. Should we all post our starting measurements and update weekly?0

Do you guys want to post our measurements and weights on Monday? We could re-post them every monday and let everyone know how we are doing. I like the idea of checking in every day too or every few days just for the added support. What do you guys think?0

i was looking on MFP on how to start a group ... i personally would prefer doing a group ... but i agree that we can post measurements, and check in everyday for support and feedback.0 -
Yeah i think starting a group eould be best. Let me see if i can do it from my phone otherwise i should hace access to my computer monday (latest tuesday)
