Hi! I am new to the my fitness pal world. Just a little info about me...I am a 24 year old mom of 3. I have a 5, 3, and 1 year old. I work full time and go to school full time as well. I have little time for my husband of 6 years or exercise. However I am working on both. I am starting this journey weighing 143 lbs. I am 5'6''. I would like to lose some of that annoying baby fat, and get back down to 130. I know I can do it, as can all of you! Good luck fitness pal GALS!

    Welcome! This is a great place to start! You obviously have a very busy life, but even small changes, like taking the steps instead of the elevator on campus, or at work, or parking in the furthest parking spot and walking into the store - even these things can add up to make a difference.

    you can start slow, fitting it into your schedule, then build on it. Good luck to you, and God bless!
