Don't you know that it will be great
Dropping the Pounds like Never before
Wont it be great just to touch the floor
Done this before without much reward
Now Ive got a GOAL I'm heading toward
Cant wait to see the calorie # jump

    I love the post so Ill give it a bump
    It helped me get over my morning slump
    I love to write and I love to rhyme
    I do a lot, it fills my spare time
    From it I sometimes get poems that i like
    And others are silly and some quite a fright
    So ReallySteve thanks for the excuse
    To jot down a rhyme that gives me a boost!!!
