How are you measuring body fat?0

I am using the Body Fat Guide by Ron Brown, there is a body composition chart in the back0

Not famliar with that method. There are so many different ways to measure body, and honestly, most are pretty unreliable. Remember, too, that even with losing inches on your waist, if you are building muscle other places, you might have larger measurements, and throw off the calculations... don't give up. Keep doing what you're doing!0

Some of the reviews on amazon.com seem to suggest that his charts are a bit inaccurate.0

If you're looking in a book, it's inaccurate guaranteed. Go to a doctor or fitness professional and get measured if 0.17% REALLY matters to you that much. Chances are you're at least 3-10% off just from going out of that book anyways.0
