    Hi! I tried Sensa and it is okay, but sprinkling powdered fiber on your food does the same thing and is a lot cheaper. You can find the powered fiber at Walmart, SuperTarget, etc.

    I did Sensa a long time ago, before it got really expensive. I think it's more psychological than anything else, but at the time it worked for me. I liked it. I'd do it again if I wasn't broke. :)

    Royal waste of money. Tried it and no results whatsoever. Found something that works much better and is healthier for you.
