Masters Detox

Anyone ever try this? I don't use it for weight loss just for detox. I have a simple out patient surgery on thursday and I'm trying to decide if I should fart it now or if I should start it after my surgery. I am trying to figure out if it would help or hinder the recovery. If I start it before the surgery I would start it tomorrow so that I would be halfway through it by the time I have my surgery on my body use to it. Opinions?

Save your money. Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits & vegetables (fibre) and your digestive system does this all by itself.

Fart it now. Fart it hard.

I completely agree with Brian on this. Veggies are notoriously high in fiber (broccoli or cauliflower, both high in fiber), so I think this would be much cheap and healthier then detox.

Detox like a master: make a poo poo or a pee pee

Ignoring all of the immature comments...

This detox is cheaper than feeding myself for those 10 days. I'm not buying it from anywhere, it's just lemons water and cayenne then sea salt and water once a day, I make it all myself. We eat nearly all fruits and veggies, especially in homemade juices and shakes, but I think at this point my body needs more than that.

If you insist on doing this unnecessary detox, do it after you recover from surgery. You don't want to risk surgery with electrolyte imbalances and starving of calories. That puts your body in a very difficult situation from a recovery standpoint and increases your risk of adverse events during and after surgery.
