You MUST have the mindset to WANT to lose weight. You MUST give yourself dedication, hard work, and time to reach your goals. Take it one day at a time. Make a promise to yourself and speak it into existence. Believe in yourself and know that YOU ARE WORTH IT! And of course drink PLENTY of water!
