BEFORE/DURING with pictures

You MUST have the mindset to WANT to lose weight. You MUST give yourself dedication, hard work, and time to reach your goals. Take it one day at a time. Make a promise to yourself and speak it into existence. Believe in yourself and know that YOU ARE WORTH IT! And of course drink PLENTY of water! =)
