looking for support last stone is really hard

Recently single male looking for friends to keep me motivated trying to lose another stone ish lost 3 stone so far but finding the last stone really hard . Need to build my confidence again so i can start dating or atleast just go out and have some fun.

    Thanks for the support , its so hard no matter how much i burn and control my diet but sticking with it.
